Long Beach OpenTM2024 is a non-juried graphic art (painting, drawing, photography, and all media on a flat surface) exhibition reflecting the most current state of artistic expression in Long Beach.  The exhibition offers a survey of what is new, and what is important in the Long Beach art world today. As the name indicates, the exhibition is open to all graphic artists and all subject matter, providing a forum to share true creativity and self-expression.

Long Beach OpenTM2024 provides an opportunity for artists to comment, and for the public 

to engage in visual illustration of the challenging realities of today.

The exhibition opens on March 9th, 2024 at 6pm, and will continue daily 

Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00pm to 7:00pm until March 30th, 2024.

Every visitor will be able to cast a vote to choose the best artwork in following categories:

- the Most Meaningful Artwork

- the Most Creative Artwork

- the Most Skillful Artwork

Out of the finalist in the Most Meaningful Artwork category the gallery members will choose

BEST OF SHOW artwork.

A diploma and cash prize will be awarded to the winner.

All winners will be announced during the Closing Reception on March 30th

How to enter as an exhibitor: 

Bring your work in person to Hellada Gallery, 117 Linden Ave, Long Beach, CA 90802, from March 1st through March 8th, 2024, from 12noon to 8:00pm. Only current artworks will be accepted (created within last two years). The gallery walls will be parceled from floor to ceiling and you will select a location/parcel for your artworks. The dimensions of each parcel are 38” x 38”. Exhibitors may submit several smaller works for one parcel. Fees range from $25.00 to $140.00 per parcel, depending on location in the gallery. Each exhibitor may select up to four parcels for this show. Artist's commission from sales is 70%. Each artwork should be able to be hung on one nail. We will install the works. Upon delivery of your artwork, you will be given a submission form to complete. Due to space limitations, entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
